Discovering your “Gameplan”
Exercise
Exercise/Movement are the basics of fitness and what most would think is their lowest hanging fruit. However, it is more common that an individual’s intake or recovery is where they can make the largest improvements initially.
Together and based off your “life schedule” (job, family, hobbies, and other commitments), we will discuss and decide what is the best exercise routine and program you need. Sure, you can look online and find a fantastic workout, but does your lifestyle allow room for consistency and full commitment to it?
“If your goal and commitment is only 6/10, then you can expect only 6/10 results.”
You need something that matches you and your life. Something that can adapt and change just as you should expect your health and fitness to.
Nutrition
Food is much more than simply what we put in us to survive. It is essential, complex, and *emotional. A correct nutritional program should never make you feel “embarrassed” if you make a mistake or consist of all the foods you actually dislike. A correct nutritional program should allow for wiggle room in what you love to eat and what your body thrives from. This won’t be as complicated as you think it will, trust me.
Together we discuss what you already know about food and new things you can learn. Then, we will match your lifestyle with your nutritional program and discover what works best for you to accomplish your goals, find consistency, and ultimately be successful.
Recovery
What allows your body to heal? What do you do to prioritize healing and recovery? Both, your body AND mind need it.
Recovery can be anything that allows us to heal from damage or stress. Meditation, massage, acupuncture, and most important of all, sleep. Let’s dive into what ties everything together and where the real success and progress happens. Recovery is 1/3 of the process and most fail to respect it. Together, we will create a program/plan for your recovery to match your exercise and nutrition.
